NASDAQ launched a spin-off venture to address the growing demand in the private capital markets—serving pre-IPO companies, investors, and shareholders. As part of this initiative, they needed a distinct brand identity that would differentiate NPM from the parent brand while still reflecting NASDAQ’s legacy of trust, stability, and innovation.

I lead the design of NPM’s visual identity, crafting a modern, clean, and professional brand system that spoke to both institutional investors and high-growth startups. The result was a design that balanced approachability and authority—positioning NPM as a forward-thinking leader in a traditionally conservative space. From logo and color palette to UI design language and collateral, every element was built to reflect the platform’s mission to bring clarity and efficiency to the complex world of private markets.
