I was recruited to work on this project with my fellow Studio 9+ team. It started with an idea and resulted in an awesome looking (and functioning) app for music lovers. I was responsible for the look and feel, and branding. Sadly it never made it to market as the team got pulled into other directions, but none-the-less it is still one of my favorite visual design projects.
How do you discover new music you like? It's a question that's been asked a thousand times. This was our solution; connect with friends... and yes, this was before Spotify did this.
